You can't run RF without the shield.

Fire penetration doesn't work on RF or SR as neither of the two hits. Only hits can penetrate.

This. SR is damage over time. DoT doesn't hit, therefore penetration doesn't apply.

What is causing your Elemental Equilibrium to give you such a massive damage boost? on my PoB it gives 0% boost, also how are you generating frenzy charges?

It just means you don't know how to use Path of Building. You have to go to "Configuration" on the top left side and tick "Enemy was hit by Light. Damage?".

You're generating frenzy and power charges through your ascendancy.

You can get started with 2ex worth of gear (5-link chest etc), but the more you invest the better it is. My gear cost me somewhere around 15 ex probably.

Playing this because it's a totally differnt playstyle than I normally run. It's a ton of fun! Here's my current gear:


Need to hit 75 to use Doryani's sceptre, but Doon seems to be working okay since I have 310 str. The only complaint I have is movement. Shield charge in maps is good with clear areas, but I'm constantly banging into stuff that slows me down. And in town the char feels super slow.

So questions... is there other footwear that I could sub in for Kaom's Roots? Like Gang's Momentum? I think the only benefits I get from Kaom's are some good life and unwavering stance. Not to knock those, but I don't know how often I would get stunned anyways.

Also a question on purity of fire. This is just to get max fire res? If I have that through other gear, what would be a recommended substitute? HoA? Anger? Or is PoF essential and I just don't know why.

Other gear suggestions?

Would you recommend this for Mayhem?

You need PoF to run righteous fire. Without it, you couldn't sustain your RF.
