It can be but you then cannot use the helm enchant to not consume charges 30% of the time or you wont receive any healing when the helmet enchant saves the charges. So you would have to also move to 40% increased discharge damage helm enchantment, this would be a dps loss as well as losing 1k+ life.
I don't really recommend this it's fine for starting out in lower tier maps until you build the funds to buy a kaoms, but as we receive more damage than other builds due to the 10% increased damage taken from our ascendancy choice you really want to have as much extra life as possible. Also since we path over to vaal pact and naturally gain leech via ascendancy you don't need that extra 100 life per charge incoming leech is already overkill. If you want to go down the path of healing via kingsguard go take a look at ricokgb's build thread for the jug version of discharge that uses that chest and helm enchant for 40% inc damage. It's a bit lower dps but it doesn't have the issues of no life regen as vp isn't required when using that chest as well as not having to take 10% more damage and jug comes with more defenses.

1/ Why u called this a "CoC Discharge" anyway? This is not a CoC (Cast on critical strike) build ._. Cause this build using Mjolner to trigger Discharge gem.
2/ In helm, why u linked Cyclone vs Additional Accuraccy Support? Were u using a Lycosidae (with 100% chance to hit) ?

Did you reply to the wrong thread or something? I didn't put coc discharge in the name anywhere. As for the helm gems you can see it's no longer verified, my links in my helmet aren't the same as before. If you read the gem section you can see what is used for gem links.

Kaotic I want if you have time to critque my current setup with anything at all you can suggest tom improve it in any way.

I want to be able to destroy all content in the game.

Hi, currently I created a new character and I am following / investing point according to your skill tree. Now I'm 30 level but I feel that my ground slam or sunder couldn't do much damage, is it because I didn't use any elemental skills or I'm not following something correctly?
Or as you stated, you started with two handed ground slam, so is the skill tree same with the current one you provided or you follow other build before using this build?



Before getting Mjolner, should I not be using discharge?

No you can't use discharge without ways to generate charges and Mjolner is used to automate using discharge, self casting it is clunky and slow compared to just using other skills to level. As for what you level with, I posted this in mind of people who should know how to get to end of acts without needing to rely on the main skill being used till act 9/maps. If you find what you choose isn't working correctly then you need better damage weapon/correct support gems. I only listed what I used from league start with 0 gear to support it to show that it is possible. Any decent skill can be used as the builds nodes don't have a direct focus.

By vendor do you mean from another player? Because no vendor sells Mjolner you could only get it via trading the drop rate chance is very low as it is still tier 1 rarity.

I mean from NPC, is it possible to get from them for 8 Chaos Orbs? Or are those information outdated? I was looking at some reddit post.

You can randomly get a Mjölner from master, but it's the same rate than drop, so you will probably never see it in a master's invotenry. By the way if it happens, you'll have to pay 8 chaos (while they are 2-3 chaos from other player):). Don't expect to farm your item by your own way in POE, only few items can be farmed cause they only drop on boss (like Shapper, Atziri or pale council), all the rest are totaly random, with tier for the drop rate, many people hasn't even see a tier 1 drop from tons of playing hours.

I'm actualy using this build in mayhem, I leveled with sunder + ancestral protector all the way in without any problem, in a 4 link (faster attack, multistrike, melee physical damage and ruthless), with two one handed weapon first, then I dropped a lycosidae in act 4.

To the OP :I wanted to test the Mjölner before the War of Atlas, I plan to play it for the Abyss league. I used to play a coc discharger (Voll's protector, Vagan dagger, cast on crit') some years ago and I wanted to go for a trigger build again.

What do you think about the Vall Pact change and how do you think it will affect this build? I roughtly calculated and the leech should be ok with the new VP + Ascendancy (something like 3k hp in a sec) but I'm interested about your mind about it :).

By the way, thanks for the build, I'm missing Taming + Inya's but can still farm T12+ with no prob :).
