[3.0] DOUBLE STRIKE (T15 maps/LAB/Atziri)


~ DOUBLE STRIKE CHAMPION ~
Hello,

hereafter my first build proposition !
it is the first time I go so far in the end game, so I propose the build I am using.
I have not a lot of time for playing, that's why I need a solid character, easy to play, cheap, which can reach T13+ maps easily.
It is highly probable that the build is not optimized, so don't hesitate to do propositions and comments.



~ OVERVIEW ~

This build has a good survivability.
It allow to do T14 maps quiet easily. (update: can reach T16 boss in last version, with 6L)
it is based on fast attack + poacher's mark for life and mana regen.


~ SKILLS ~

Gems explanations

  • blasphemy + poacher's mark
    The core of the mechanism. It allow you to regen life and mana really fast, thanks to your attack speed.
    It is based on hit, not on damage, so every time to hit enemies with attack (or defend, see below) it will grant life/mana.
    Moreover, it will provide DPS with frenzy charge, and reduce enemies evasion.

  • vengeance & reckoning
    reckoning will attack enemies on block (100%), and vengeance when you are hit (40%), and regen life/mana.

  • double strike + multistrike + faster attack speed + brutality + melee splash + melee physical dmg
    I use double strike because it hit twice, and it is a fast attack.
    again T15-T16 bosses, I replace melee phy. dmg by dmg on full life.

  • cast when dmg taken + immortal call + molten shell
    to increase survivability. Endurance charges are provided by Daresso's deviance

  • tempest shield + increased critical strike + power charge on crit.
    increase block. Power charge increase defense.

  • haste & rallying cry & lightning golem
    increase DPS

  • ancestral protector + brutality support + melee physical dmg + culling strile & vaal double strike
    support and DPS

IMPORTANT:
For correct use of Endurance charges, immortal call must not be placed on gloves or boots, or else it will be consumed by Daresso's deviance first.
(see item socket order for detail).


~ EQUIPMENT ~

only two uniques items :

Glove for increased dmg against bleeding enemies and explosion onkill.
Daresso for dodge & endurance.

Use a weapon with the highess Physical DPS possible.

Previously I used scaeva, then:

  • "flat" melee DPS : 53k (with aura but without totem/flask/rallying/charge)
  • "flat" single target DPS : 82k (with dmg on full life instead of melee splash dmg)
  • "full" DPS : up to 88k (with totem + flask + rallying + charges)
  • Physical dmg reduction : 64%
  • evade : 36%
  • dodge : 9%
  • block : 53%
