lul what's the point of using arctic armour since it gives you flat dmg reduction only while stationary and cyclone is a movement skill?

Tree Pantheons: Brine & Yugul I find stuns, and mana issues happen. Esp because of movement and boss fights. EDIT: Mana issues are gone now, I added blood magic instead of fortify...which still sucks but what else am I to do. I love to whirl! Stuns still suck tho!
