How do you feel Guild Wars 2 stealing PoE?

The new Guild Wars 2 expansion is called Path of Fire and looks awful similiar to PoE text logo, how you feel about it? Will it make PoE get more publicity or is it a ripoff?

Hard to see a close resemblance for me. Besides, even if, why would I care?
@Kitava fight: That is hilarious. Looks like it is more fun though, and you can actually dodge the attacks without being a 12year old with ADHD. Remove Horticrafting station storage limit.

Didn't there also was a Kitava-fight in World of Warcraft: Wrath of lich king at U... something raid. You needed to hit his arms/hands then head. He did similar attacks to kitava and was boss that was from abyss (outside ground)
Note: The similiarities isn't the gameplay but in the text/logo. So if I make a game and call it Skyrim it's a resemblence of Elder Scrolls: Skyrim.
