How often do you check the daily deals?
I usually end up finding out from the Subreddit and check the specials after doing my dailies every day.

Do you feel that Daily Deals are accessible enough?
I mean, there's no way you can make them more accessible other than a dedicated tab for them in the MTX window.

Do you use the Watchlist feature?
Honestly not as much as I probably should, considering.

Do you prefer sales based on theme or microtransaction type?
Definitely theme. I like things that are elegant and I watch out for them.

What percentage of your microtransaction purchases would you estimates are made because of daily deals?
0%, at the moment, if only because they're either far out of my price range (10% off an armour piece is still well over $20 in points) or they're just not things I'm interested in.

Are there any features that you would like to see added to how Daily Deals work?
DEFINITELY some sort of preview. It'd be a lot better if we could see how the MTX might look on our character before buying so we don't waste money and find out the fashion just isn't quite there. I'd also like the opportunity of trying out skill effects before buying as well. Most of the time the pictures in the MTX window don't do the piece a lot of justice.

I already get a "heads up" e-mail when items on my watchlist show up on the daily deal (and I prefer to be notified in that way). I do feel that they are accessible enough.

I do use the Watchlist feature - and love it! But ... please see my first paragraph for one complaint about how it works.

I prefer sales bases on both themes and MTX types.

Probably 75% of my MTX purchases are made because of daily deals (via my Watchlist).

I cannot think of any specific features which I would like to see added to DDs.

At the moment, nearly every day because I still have a few points left from my supporter pack.

Yes but I'd like to see them all individually listed on the login/char screen (I use Steam). However, I don't like it when other games show it full screen over the game after login.

Theme, I'd rather see a mixture of microtransaction types. I generally just purchase stash tabs but if I were buying cosmetic items, I'd like different items but similar colour or design.

Since I've returned last month, all of them (but my original purchases from 3+ years ago are not).

when ever it happens to catch my eye. Might be once in 12 months or twice in a week. mid avarage probably in months. (and this is when I play the game)

in terms of discount? Sometimes. how ever if you mean in terms of noticeably not even close what it should be.

extremely small. I think I have ever only made 2 purchase from daily deals. Like I said earlier. I don't really notice them

if it would be possible maybe extend them for 3 days and let them overlap so 1 still changes everyday. And a way to see when certain item is coming for daily deal. Like if I'm buying chest mtx, would be nice to see the date when it is coming to daily deal sale.

Most days.
Sometimes I forget or didn't play.

Mostly... They are, but I only remember to check if I play the game that day. Edit: If this refers to pricing, I think I and most people that have replied misunderstood.

I used to, but I'm on the website less and in-game more. It also resulted in too many emails.

The former sounds like a good idea, but if you want everything in the deal... it's often unaffordable, so you buy none of it.

Thus I think the latter would be nicer. Deals by slot [like today's pet sale, even if I do want half of them].

I find a lot of your default prices way too expensive if I want more than one thing.

Daily deals are why I buy supporter packs, to have points left over to make use of them when deals come around.

* Deals lasting longer than 24 hours, I'd be more likely to use the watch list if I only got emailed because things are on sale once a week, rather than every day sometimes different that I'm interested in sending me notifications.

* More Micro-transactions, rather than macro-transactions. Whales keeps FTP games afloat, that's fine, but you can buy an actual game for the price of most micro transactions. We need more neat little things for less than $5 that you don't mind if half the player base own. [honestly, there are a LOT of really nice models and textures already in the game, this doesn't need to be new content I'd buy an MTX of Cherubim's Maleficence for a few dollars, bundle if with boots and gloves that match and i'm sold].

* Favourites/watchlist managed in-game, not just on the website.

* Consider reducing prices to what you'd have as a sale price (for older items if not all), then having 1 daily deal added every day, that remain for a week once added, and the deal is a bundle, not individual item sale. This way people that want just one item, just that's the best price they'll get for that item and won't feel the need to wait for a sale, those that want a few might splash out on a bundle to get more for their money. Sales devalue items and cause buyer hesitation on non-sale items.

To be frank at your current prices although there are a lot of really cool micro transactions at 10+$s I will NEVER buy one. There is a lot of abilities in the game so while the skins are cool I could just play a skill I think is awesome and save 10-30$. If I'm playing and i use discipline wrath clarity and a skill I'm looking at 45$...for one character...for one season...if that. If your skins went down to say 3$ I would buy a whole bunch but even on 40% sale I have to spend 10$ to get the 10$ skin. in conjunction with more accessible skins another pain point is the fact that your gated at 5$, 10$, 20$ purchases and you set up all your skins to cost juuuusssttt over those numbers. So yeah until prices drop I'm not spending a dime its not worth it imo

- no. the vast majority of the "deals" are still priced terribly, because the original prices are ridiculously inflated. these are VIRTUAL items with zero overhead, why is shit so expensive? 40 bucks for some wings? c'mon, please stop being stupid.

- i do, sorta. the msg's it sends to my inbox on the forums is more or less pointless. it would be better if you got some sort of in game mail

- ya lower the fuckin prices, considerably. I would buy a lot more, but everything is way way over priced. While it's true, they are just cosmetic items and not nesc, but I've played since 2011 off and on and 99% of all my cash shop interactions have been entirely stash based, due to the prices of ... well everything lol.

I play other f2p titles, some for years, and have bought all kinds of outfits and fashion accessories for my charactes in those games, because the vast majority of those games offer entire outfits for under $10 bucks usually. You guys want 30-50 which is ridiculous, I could go out and buy an entire game for that lol

Overall I think the cash shop isn't terrible. Deals don't rotate fast enough imo and the prices are too high, but other than that.

I do think the VAST majority of gear is ugly as fuck, the shoulders are all too large and almost every female outfit looks terrible though =)
