500 hrs in poe, didnt even know there were daily deals. TIL.

I spend cash in games. I'm not a big spender but ill drop 20-40 dollars when i like something.
I like poe.

I feel i dont know enough about the game to really utilize the store.

I also didn't know there was a daily deals.

I may see it but i looked at the shop once to check about custom footprints which i thought was cool.


Still not interested in buying yet. game is just so vast feeling. Can't show off with crap gear on a homemade build.

95%. Otherwise they are to expensive for me.

Probably every day or every-other-day.

Do you feel that Daily Deals are accessible enough?

The new thematic / group Daily Deals mean that realistically, someone who has bought a low level supporter pack or similar amount of points (500) can get a MTX for most, if not all, MTX slots if they follow the daily deals.

This amount seems fair given the price of a one-time-purchase games cost.

Whether this is the same for other countries I don't know, I have seen some complaints about people wanting to support the game but finding it difficult to do so or justify due to high costs.

Yes, I use the email notifications to check. I use it for items I really want.

Do you prefer sales based on theme or microtransaction type?

I think a mix of both is better - some microtransactions are great to supplement 3D art/ supporter packs so I'd be likely to purchase just one or two out of a theme (Adder's Claw with Legacy set for example) - but sometimes it's nice to look through what's on sale in a certain type if I haven't got something in a while.

25% not including stash tabs.

Are there any features that you would like to see added to how Daily Deals work?

Create a 'Daily Mystery Box'. Whatever's on sale in that Daily Deal, create a box for it at a discounted rate.

Allow some form of community voting on upcoming deals. This could include a system where previously selected sets are eliminated, and perhaps occur once a month, or something similar.

Allow searching by name. The new 'Puchase Items for this Slot' in game is great, but for things like weapon effects etc there is a lot to sort through.

Allow an in-game preview feature, perhaps limit it to hideout only or solo only, and to a few seconds just to see what it looks like.

I have bought some disappointing ones in the past and from what I understand you have no refund policy, which leads to community efforts (screenshots, etc) being the only basis for my purchases now.

I only look at the initial one when logging in.

I don't know. If you play through the league - probably.

Since so many people wait for daily deals, perhaps pricing model is a potential problem for anyone not living in 1st world countries. :^) Just a thought.

randomised are more "rewarding" to get, but honestly waiting a year to complete a MTX set because they are randomised sounds unlikely. Better stick to a theme.

100% I only but stash tabs, because they are pay to win and the rest is a waste of money.

Yes. I think that all microtransation prices should be lowered and daily deals removed. I know they are just a marketing ploy. Many youtubers said that cosmetic MTX should be much lower. Currently you are asking 25 dollars for a hideout chair you cant even sit on and that will be briefly seen only by people interested in completing a trade fast as possible. Instead of daily deals you need to introduce something else.

I think 100%. I pretty much only buy stuff when they're on sale because otherwise they're too expensive.

This might just be my imagination but i feel like some MTXs have been on sale a couple times since june and others never :/ Again i might be wrong but i would really be interested in buying some of the less popular MTXs if they were on sale.
Or maybe you could do themed sales normally but once every few weeks a sale with a larger amount of completely random stuff.
