Like release the schedule for some mtx effect selling in the week so people know that mtx is ganna be on sale and dont miss out :)

Every Day! But the pressure is off due to the Watchlist.

Yes -- I like to be able to see them both on the site and in-game.

Definitely, yes! Even though I still look at deals daily, the Watchlist takes the pressure off if one day I can't -- I'll know if my favorites are on sale or not.

Do you prefer sales based on theme or microtransaction type?
BOTH. For armour and effects, I like Theme... like all "Arcane" stuff or all "Firey" stuff. But I alos liek the Type: "all Portals" or "Pets" or "Skill effects" ... mixing and matching too are good. I feel like so long as everything can make it into the rotation, and combination is fine. Some folks are more likely to cash in on a bunch of themed stuff they have been waiting for so they don't have to wait for every piece; others -- like me -- prefer to spend larger chunks of points on effects. In summary, I think both are good, and because it is a daily thing, pleasing both audiences can still be a doable way to make profit.

What percentage of your microtransaction purchases would you estimates are made because of daily deals?
99% ... Knowing that eventually something will come around, I'm willing to wait for it. I like my points to stretch out. I definitely have and continue to support the game by buying points, but I'm just frugal I guess. I'd buy fewer things if there were no deals, for sure. Probably just stash tabs.

Are there any features that you would like to see added to how Daily Deals work?
Nothing revolutionary; i like how things work now. I guess any advertising that is not intrusive to game play is good with me :)

Additional note: I really like the Weekend Deals -- having two days to buy does give more time and choices. I also like how the account-related deals are on the Weekend, too (stash tabs, etc.)

A sale of one or two league rewards that are no longer accessible for new players, e.g. portal effect.
Should be very rare sale one/twice a year. Would also like to see more weapon transmogs. There is alot of armour but not much weapons.

Additional thing that I need: please make it obvious in web/ingame shop whether I have particular MTX or not. English is not my mother langueage, I mix names easily: Do I have "Classic Purple Portal Effect" or "Purple Portal Effect"?!

Echoing this. Can't tell you how many different MTXs I want but don't know how they'd look with different pieces.

~80%. In my opinion some MTX's are slightly too expensive, so I'll be patient.

Best would be a preview feature, this is something I really miss in the current MTX system. So, you can check it out in your HO for a couple of minutes.

THERE IS ONLY ONE THING MICROTRANSACTION BUYERS WANT ADDED....A DAMN PREVIEW ON CHARACTER OPTION.

MTX never look the way you imagine when worn with your other gear...clipping issues, awkward unexpected proportions, poor color match etc, etc, etc. Provided videos are vague and uninformative, show terrible zoomed out angles, select the most ridiculously badly lighted locations, never display items on all 6 character, and obviously can not predict clipping and gear match issues.

Is this being done on purpose? Its been nearly half a decade and this forced gamble-shopping is rediculously insulting to your customers...there needs to be some buyer protection laws for digital items as there are for physical goods. No damn company can sell clothes without offering a chance to fit item in store or at home.

Considering the insane cost of a single small gear piece (which is usually more than most retail games sell for), getting something that looks terrible on your character is so frustrating that I simply am stressed and afraid to buy anything else at this point.

DO YOU NOT UNDERSTAND HOW MUCH THIS AFFECTS YOUR SALES?

I'll only feel a safe and respected customer if ONE of the following is added:

1. A in-game lore preview device ala D3.
2. A simple preview mtx screen.
3. A one minute (at least) buffer time after putting the effect on your character during which you have a "cancel purchase" button on screen.

Every other day, most days.

Most of them, yes. But some mtx's are just too expensive on their own, even while on sale. Some of the mtx are even too expensive for what they are (for example, low particle changes etc for $10+)

I do, but i dont check it often because im a lazy gamer :D

Probably by micro type, because if you can't buy many points at a time u will only be able to buy one or two items from the sales, if they are all themed, ull want to buy most of the themed mtx but u wont be able to. If they are organized by mtx type u can get this weapon today, and the gloves some other day rather than having to wait who knows how long for the theme to be back on sale.

Other than supporter pack mtx's, i estimate about 90-95% of my mtx's are from sales and boxes (Lately, mostly boxes, altho i haaate those dupes and hate the fact that u cannot really do ANYTHING with them, specially with the new system where its so easy to move mtx around ur chars :D)

YES, FOR SURE! Something to get rid of Duplicates! Either a trade for a lower priced mtx of the same type or some kind of refund below the value of a box, lets say 20/25 points, something like that! Would be amazing! And would probably make people buy more boxes overall since they would know the investment has a much lower risk and still high reward, and even if they keep geting duplicates, at some point they will have to buy more points, since the refund is lower than the value!

When I'm ingame and i click through on the global messages. Which I don't really ever do.

Do them 1 by 1. Themes like clothing are expensive, even in a package. Micro stuff not so much.

Being able to see them before-hand on character would be bad. Don't add that as some MTX would fail beforehand. Might make some better though because of it.
