Budget is subjective. Depends on your goals and trade skill. I'd say you can get to the state where you can do T15 bosses easily on 1 ex total, on a Tabula Rasa and budget gear. Especially true since Abyssal jewels are cheap.

If you're looking at doing Shaper / Guardians easily, then no, this isn't budget. That takes a hell of a lot more currency for this sort of build. I'd say 20 ex or so to be able to easily do those on this type of build, unless you're a really good trader/player.

DPS is roughly the same as this build, less if you take into account new modifiers into the RF Berserker build. Still, it plays about the same.

Variety, wanted to try it out. Did Elementalist first, this league, to use Inpulsa best.



Ended up with Scion because apparently you can get War Mark on rings, and that allows you to have Slayer Leech from Scion reliably. Currently, using EK for clear, and GC for bosses.

Both builds work, Scion is probably tankier, RF Berserker probably has a higher DPS ceiling and has amazing War Cry abilities.

Clumsy play aside, it is a Deathless (and fairly fast) Phoenix kill.

Your gloves are terrible, replace those with rares with Cast Speed and Life/Mana/Res.

The belt, same thing. Your sceptre should also have a lot more damage.

And as we said, just buy 20/20 Glacial Cascade for a few chaos, a level 13 one at level 60+ is a bad idea...

As for jewels, you can get better jewels for literally 1c each, just look for Life+Mana+Damage mods.

Berserker's Leech no longer works with spells, making this a bad choice.
