Do you think it's worth picking up the Blast Radius notable or no, and if so what would you drop? Can't really think of what myself, is Alchemist really that good?

I am using QotF and I am 2% slower with it than when I take it of... what am I missing?

If I was naughty I'd say some mathematical and reading skills :p

But I understand that every one could be tired and missreading is easy so look at your QOtF it's written 25% REDUCED Movement speed and +1% ms per 450 evasion so for this item to be +0 ms you need at least 25 X 450 evasion so 11250 evasion

This being said don't forget to use your jade flask of reflexes it's boost evasion a lot (so your ms too)

Absolutely not. We already have insane AoE from saboteurs Bomb Specialist. As for damage, it adds very little. Alchemist is indeed very good as by boosting our flasks it adds:
5000 evasion = 11% movement speed
4000 damage = 7% or so of our total damage

With MoM that's 5330 life, that is indeed pretty low. Grab heart of oak by ranger. Get some flat life on abyss jewels. Drop the winter spirit node as you have 120% conversion already with The Long Winter.

Your carcass jack might also have something to do with feeling squishy, as it has pretty low evasion. If you don't want to use QotF you might as well aim for a kaoms heart or Shroud of The Lightless.

Don't foget to do uber lab for that OP blind mechanic!

There is no such thing as "mathematical reading skills". I can read and I can count, however I am gonna be honest and say that I did not calculate my evasion. Thank you for the explanation :) I just assumed that with the gear that I have, I would be fine straight away, I guess if the Evasion rating range on QotF was like pre-nerf, then I wouldn't be asking here to begin with:P

We are past the military staff now - you can dabble and 5link it if you bought one for a chaos. If you got that kind of cash (280c) you buy a 7 link det. mine helmet etc.

What kind of upgrades should I get now? I have like 4.5k life and 2.5k mana, with a good amount of evasion, but I can't take on the t9 elder who's been residing in my vault map for ages. I've killed a few t15 bosses with no difficulty or deaths but the elder just eats all my portals.

I added a short 3.1 update to the top of the build, but it's less than I would have liked to do. Unfortunately my character died at 85 and I'm in the middle of releveling another one. That means I don't have any new 3.1 gear to link to for the guide and I can't advice you on stuff like the elder boss fight.
