Just curious... is it viable in 3.1 after the VP nerf? Always loved frostbolt and your build looks fun to play.

With standard league legacy atziris acuity gloves it is still about the same.

Without instant leech in 3.1 challenge leagues it would be another kind of gameplay. It still has some pretty ok mitigation with 10.000 armour and 50% block and a big hp pool but you would have to dodge a lot of things against high tier bosses and frostbolt is kind of a slow skill to use. You can try to go for extra max leech rate in duellist tree and take vaal pact there and get very durable but it doesnt come close because you will never get both strong life and mana leech at the same time anymore. So a mana or hybrid pot becomes mandatory. You might even want to go without mind over matter and use blood magic instead and maybe even choose another class/ascendancy, i dont know yet. Might try to figure it out in the future and update the build for 3.1 .
