If got a +1 arrow Factoring spinner blunt arrow quiver and unsure whether to use it as my dps on my Rare quiver is better. Is the added harbinger bonus make up for the loss of dps on the rare quiver ?

I would say so, as a rare quiver costs 10ex+ with +1 Arrow that out does a Factoring spinner. I will update the guide saying the Factoring spinner is most likely Bis.

And yes the harbinger bonuses are insane!

I have one question though. Why Enlighten support lvl 4? Seems to do fine without enlighten at all. Would it be a good idea to replace it with something else?

I'm running cwdt + immortal call with blink arrow and grace (I play QOTF), instead of using the enlighten. If you run 2 enlightens you could switch that to blink arrow, grace, arctic armour, enlighten. Then run the HoI setup with HoI, curse on hit, assassin's mark, enlighten. It'd let you squeeze arctic armour in, and I'm thinking about doing it.

You dont need enlighten 4 its just QoL. Enlighten just helps me better manage mana when using acuitys if it doesn't crit.
