[3.2] The Snowblind Cospri CoC Assassin - Projectile based CoC
I play flicker but want a change of pace, do you think duelist can respec into this or will the crit be too low?

I rerolled today to try out this build. Leveling was a real pain in A10, but after lvl68 it's incredible! Feels like the good old 1.3 CoC, i love it.

Really nice
Have a one question about coc mechanic cooldown 0.5sec is on a spell in link or on gemstone Mean if we have 100%crit and two spell in link bouth will proc 2times in secon, sum 4 proc per sec or 0,5 sec one and 0,5 other sum 2 proc on sec |

Sorry if it's been asked before, but do you think Scion as an assassin/elementalist is a decent choice? Or do you feel it's inferior in every way? I have one setup already for a build that's close to this one. I'll test on this char and re-level if I feel the need.

" I think trying to do this build with a duelist is going to be hard, the crit just isnt there. I would recommend leveling a new character instead of rebuilding. Btw, I just tried flickering with this build, here is how it turned out: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4E6ICl-JNHg " Sure, it will work just fine I think, great reflect defence. But I still think going Shadow Assassin is the best choice for the build. "It is the gem that gets the cooldown, not the whole link. So for each spell gem you put in the link will double the amount of procs per second you can do. Only one spell per link can proc per hit though, so it also means if you have 2 spells in the link, you will have to hit twice as fast to reach max proc rate. in case of the 6l its 4 spells per sec, and cospri 8. bängan is bängan.

I slapped on my old tabula and went for some flickering madness.
Video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4E6ICl-JNHg The only change I did was to remove hypothermia and add multistrike in the 6l. Green Nightmare frenzy generation hold up well for clearing. If I linked up the Blade Flurry in a 4l I think boss DPS could turn out pretty decent too! bängan is bängan. Last edited by Crovaxx#0048 on Sep 10, 2017, 10:36:48 PM

I wonder if GGG/the player who created Cospri purposely added cold damage to cospri to fuck up EE, or if it's was just to fit the theme...
@Crovaxx: seems to work really well with flicker too, great to see for those who like this playstyle. You can also do a variant with lacerate, but it requires a different setup. I tried it briefly but my crit wasnt high enough to feel good with it. I also tried blade fury, but prefered cyclone overall. How much does the corruption on your doedre's help with mana? Right now I have Mind drinker, but I might be able to spec out of that with the corruption.
Another question... What would be the best helm enchant? I guess it depends on what you're after. Let's say for single target. Do you think cyclone attack speed is better than frostbolt damage? " I personally think that corruption is only needed for no regen maps, otherwise my 6l cyclone can sustain mana even on single target. |
|
" It does nothing for normal mapping, since warlords mark provides enough mana leech for us anyway. It helps with no leech and hexproof maps though, since "gain on hit" properties is separate to leeching, it still works. I havnt done any calculation on it, but my guess is that 40% inc frostbolt damage is better. On the topic of enchantments, right now im working on enchanting a pair of Inya boots with 10% elemental penetration, but no luck yet after about 80 tries... sigh! bängan is bängan.
