Whome so ever is having any issue getting the possesid in Chrome i found it by doing the following steps:
1. open google chrome
2. Go to settings
3. Scroll down and click advanced
4. Under privacy and security tab find site settings
5. click on cookies.
6. click on "see all cookies and site data"
7. find "pathofexile.com" in the search bar
8. Go to possesid
9. The 32 digit in the content section is your possesid

Chrome

• Navigate and login to pathofexile.com
• Hit 12 - This should open the Developer Tools
• Click the Applications tab in the Tab Bar.
• Expand the Cookies dropdown and select www.pathofexile.com item.
• Check the Name column for POESESSID
• Double click on the value, right click -> copy. - this is your session id.
