You also literally answered your own question, it's F2P, if they don't generate MTX sales then they have have the funds to make more playable content.

They've literally just released 6 acts as well stuff on top, and you're already complaining? Some people are unreal...

As I'm kinda new to this genre of game as I mostly play MMORPG. Here is my thought.

In MTX, it seems that only weapon type and/or skill is bound by the type. So, do you know that if they are able to release new weapon type or maybe new skill instead, they could generate more money by releasing new MTX weapon type?

Also, they could also keep people busy with new build and so much more possibility.
