[3.0] CI Death Aura (Occultist)

Hey DemonicSlayer, if you link Arcane Surge into the armor you are then able to benefit from Less Duration, as well as the Efficacy Support Gem (which should have worked before but is still bugged - This allows you to get around the bug) I've tested this myself and can confirm it works and will need to adjust my own builds accordingly to state that it works.

Guide will be updated daily as I am constantly improving the character :). Any information you guys would like added as well, please don't be afraid to ask and i'll do my best to get it up as soon as i can. :)

Actually one thing a friend and I had considered when making this up but some reason decided against it and took the regen route. Mainly because of how the tree was laid out for us.

Edit: I will looking to giving this a try out as I feel it would greatly improve survivability of the character on higher end stuff.

Hey! Just noticed the shoutout at the front there! Thanks for that, just watched your t11 race course map! Looks like the build is coming along rather nicely. Are you using blight cwc DP? It's nice that our builds are very similar but vary in their uniqueness. Good luck with the rest of your build!
