It has around 1000 jewellers and 100 chroms.

Build is kinda hard to keep it "cheapish" because it uses many uniques with no res (Death's oath gives a bit thou).

it`s ES. so NOT cheap at all.

The expensive items:
-shield with 300+ es
-any energy from within
-self crafted death's oath (but you don't have to start with it, with only 2b1g it works on about half of the current dps)

there are much more expensive builds out there :)


also a few side notes about the build I forgot to mention:
-it's damage is not stopped by enemy es (since it's chaos damage) but also not by proximity shield (since it's aura/debuff)
-it can work for the start of a league but you will not get access to things from the pale council for about a week into the league. better do it as a second build
-I think you can get even a better spell damage rare weapon than the one i'm using (wand, really), but it might be really expensive and you loose 10% AoE. Still, good alternative for start of a league http://poe.trade/search/noguhokuanomas
-if you want to start with it get at least 4k es otherwise you are gonna die a lot.

Yeah, as OP said. It's not that expensive thou. Only expensive thing was 300+ es shield. And gem. Death's oath is 1c and I crafted mine. But not cheap by any mean.

double posting, but it has been a week since my last post.

So yeah, have you considered using Bated Breath belt instead of The Flow Untethered? The small dps buff, over 500 ES. Faster recharge rate.

Also, is Void Gaze really worth it? Taking a rare helm with over 250+ ES is cheaper and can give res/str/dex that are actually hard to build on only ring, amu, shield and boots, unless you are going to spend an ex+ in each.

You can use any belt you want, but preferably rare one if you are not using this one.
Harbinger belt gives a lot of utility over any other belt.

Debuffs on you expire (15-20)% faster

Action speed works on everything, cooldown recovery is especially good for helmet.
About the helmet it's especially good against bosses with high chaos resistance, also found a cheap one with blight enchant so gonna stick with it.
Lastly the rings and the amulet costed me about 40c in total max.
The most expensive will be always the shield.
If you exchange belt for the rare one with resistances you will want shield with greater es than me so still more expensive.

nope, checked with only arcane surge and efficacy and it does works just fine, the damage is killing monsters faster

I did shaper kill at lvl 90, some gems were lvl 19 (most) and 95% of them were 20% quality (Blight and Aura were lvl 19 except for less duration in aura). My set was pretty much "perfect", anything better would cost 2+ex. Please ignore audio, was talking with my brother that I could invite him for the kill chall.

Also in the video: random no bullet hell/zana bubble effects.

As you can see, I removed Temp Chains and extra curse nodes to get some spell/aoe dmg, also I'm using Clarity 3 so I can cast blight non stop. Using arctic armour to avoid mostly phys damage.

Nice to see someone did kill shaper with my build :)
About temp chains, you might be right, that doesn't do much on bosses.
Yet it's still more lazy play style and I like lazy.
+1 curse amu would be best.
