For bosses it might be quite useful. But I don't think it makes much difference. Unless you got a 21/20 normal warchief you can definitely use it.

Can this build effectively farm Uber Lab and if I was to farm Uber Lab, would Arctic armor or herald of purity be better?

You can farm uber with this, as purity raises your damage even while you evade crap I think it would make more sense to use the herald. You can't facetank uber izaro with this build, so you need to dodge and this keeps your damage up making the fight shorter.

Help with this build, here are my things. I have not yet inserted any Jewels, but in the future I think to insert. My problem is survival. I'm often killed, bosses can kill with 1-2 strikes, ordinary mobs can also kill me easily. My lvl 74. With the damage there is no problem, I bought an ax at 401 pdps. If anyone can help write in the answer, what's wrong with my things. I have 4200 hp and 3600 about armor.

Check if your resistances are capped, check if you really followed the tree and did not make anything funny because of reasons.
Also quality all your gear. Your second Ring has no life. You have wrong gem setups, your flasks have no quality and missing mods... and you miss rumis that gives a lot of block!

Also remember: This is NOT a facetank character. You have to avoid stuff manually!

So here is my gear after a few days of farming and I must say that I really dig the build. So far the content up to tier 8 map was quite easy. Uber lab was no biggie and I think that I could farm it effectively with the current gear. The playstyle does require a bit of reflex from the player though but with the new herald of purity, it's nice to have a few minions to aggro the mobs.

The small Herald of Purity was just a theory from core numbers and I couldn't test it myself for real yet. The cure damage increase and meatshields should be quite good even if no actual damage would come from the minions but do they do any noticeable damage? Is the Attack Speed worth it or would you say something else would fit in better?

The Damage is better than second elemental buff(mind that I don't run gear with extra elemental damage) like Anger or Herald of Ash, Atack Speed on minions is fine and they do some damage but it's nothing special, especially since I maul the monster packs. The added benefit is that I can switch to Arctic Armour/HoP instead of Hatred/HoP when I do elemental reflect maps.

Currently I have around 300K effective DPS at lvl 86.

Few people in this league choose a duelist. Even less Gladiator. Sunder is unique at all.
I decided to take a look at the few being in the upper part of the solo delve table and experimenting.
I have 93 lvl.
I managed to reach 370 lvl solo in the mine and I do not plan the above because of the significant cost of sulfur voltaix and a significant percentage of deaths.
I checked what interesting you can do while remaining at 5000 life level to maximize the attack.
I absolutely do not recommend copying what I did. I present it only as a curiosity.

My main weapon deals about 440 pdps.
I started by securing as many blocks as possible. To this end, I bought a jewel and I placed it in the nest just above our ascendancy wheel. In the same ascendancy, I gave up Versatile Combat for Outmatch and Outlast.
Choosing the offhand I was guided by two conditions. It is to have a total of % gain of physical damage as extra elemental and % Chance to block attack. I managed to find one with parameters +72 and +9.

Now I faced the most difficult task because I planned a character where 5 out of 8 elements from armour and jewellery are unique. So there were only three places, specifically the ring, the belt and plate, where I could manipulate resistance and additional intelligence. Why I choose 5 unique, I will explain below, briefly describing each of them. With intelligence, I managed with 1 ring. With resistance no. I had to add several segments in the tree. If anyone is curious, can check what it looks like.

Unique items.
Ring up to 80% to attack (in my case 70%) is extremely profitable. 20% chance to trigger lvl 20 tentacle whip on kill is also nice. Second ring must be in this case shaper.
I found one and this one resolve also my problems with small pool of intelligence. We need 111 for 20 lvl concentrated effect support.
Amulet gives me a free Vulnerability aura (of course you need connect vulnerability with blasphemy support).
I decided to have 3 abbys jewels, that's why I chose tombfist gloves and stygian belt. In one jewel I choose chance to block. In second chance to blind and in third increase damage when kill recently.
Tombfist also grant intimidate and maim.
I choose evasion helmet so I add to my tree Iron Reflexes for converting to armour.
