[3.10] Akumas Sunder - THE League Starter Budget - Can do all content.

I am a complete noob, i just started a few days ago and only got to act 2. Since a new league is about to start i have started to read into many guides, and i like this one (so thanks!) and i want to try and create it.

But i have some questions, that are pretty dumb, but i did not find the answers:
- When i will start, i will not have all those gems, nor the amount of sockets to place them. But i assume i try to collect them as i level. Same as the other items, just use whatever i can until i am at a situation where i can start to buy items i haven't found yet. Right? Or is there a way to obtain certain specific gems earlier?
- Does it matter where you put gems? i understand that since Sunder is your main ability and you put it in armor because it can have 6 linked sockets, but if you have an armor with 3 linked sockets for example, and a weapon with 3 linked sockets, both with the same colors, is there a effective difference where you put them?

Can you post a uber lab video? i want see how much Izaro spells and attacks you can block

You can NOT! Facetank big bosses and such. This is NOT your unkillable super saiyan.
This is a very balanced build and your bossfights will take a while and you can enjoy battles as they where meant to be. If you are going for Shaper, Über Izaro or other endgame content you will have to move a lot with whirling blades and try not to get hit. Depending on what weapons and bonuses Izaro has, you may get hit or not. There are Setups where you can take a hit or two and there are setups where his charge attack insta kills you.

I am just now rebuilding the tree with path of building, will be edited in the front page in a few minutes.

The guide is now fully updated for 3.2

I did some new gem setups for more dps. We can now reach a whooping 770k pDPS with a crap cheap 381,3 pDPS axe and prismatic eclipse. If you use a proper endgame axe + an elder/shaper stat-stick on your offhand, you can easily break the 1 million mark. Sadly I can not afford those high tier items

I have leveling trees.
There are no needed leveling items. Just take the strongest one hand mace/axe you can find and have something with attack speed in the off hand.

Tectonic Slam out on PoB can you check if Tectonic Slam work better with this setup?

PoB can only reflect numbers not how a skill plays or how viable it is.
In this thread I can only help you with Sunder.

Also Tectonic Slam converts your physical damage to fire which we do not handle anywhere on the tree, gems or equip. This would need completely different of everything.
