How to manage 10 tabs

I think I have around 20 tabs or so, usually have them arranged like:

Currency - Div - Essence tabs
Sellings
Maps
Frags
Jewels (good magic, decent rare, all unique (hoarder))
Quality (gems / flasks for vendoring whenever I remember or it fills up)
Gems (high lvl or just random and obsolete gems I cba to vendor/drop)
Jewellery batch (rare - unique rings+belts - amulets+flasks)
Armour batch (2x rare - helms - gloves - boots - chest - shields)
Weapon batch (2x rare - 1h in 2 tabs - 2h in 2 tabs - bows - quivers/wands)

Roughly in that order, have 9 or 10 premium tabs and around 10 normal tabs, using 3 prems to mark when Jewellery/armour/weapon batches start. Works good so far, might buy a Quad for something later on, most likely maps and convert current Maps tab into some Crafting Base tab.
Nobody mentioned tabs to dump stuff in so far. I have 2 or 3 right at the start or after my currency tab. In order to keep my mapping rhythm going I will just dump all loot in there and do the sorting at the end of my playing session.

I cant imagine a situation where I would need more than 1 standard tab for essences and div cards.

Check out my LA build: 1782214
I use

- currency
-essence
-div card
-flasks (recepie and usable)
-maps
-gems (quality and vaal)
-jewel tab
-items i used while leveling
-quad for selling stuff over 2c
-6 for chaos recepie (one for each item type for 24 recepies at once. Have 1c pricing on these)
-alch tab (for ilvl80+ white jewlery)
-junktab (mostly atziri map pieces, stuff that builds up)
-junktab maps (yellows that overflow, sellout for 1-2alch)
-unique tabs (make more over time as i collect one of each in standard. After league i go through them and keep the highest roll.)

I find the chaos recepie tabs like this nice, as it sells often and with some volume its up there a day or two before i sell.

Secondly i can hold the mouse still while using the arrowkeys to switch between tabs while i spam mouseclick so it empties quite fast when selling.
A quad tab is really useful for maps... otherwise plan on spending time sorting and moving maps from one tab to the next.

Currency, Essence, and Card tabs are totally worth it. None are "rip offs". Get these after your first pack of Premium tabs though.
