Getting Exception Errors when Quitting

Same here, since new patches (from yesterday ?)

I'm using DirectX 9EX on Windows 7 and since yesterday's patch for the supporter packs, I've also been having this error message repeated many many times for different resources:

Art/2DItems/Currency/XXXXX.dds Reference count for loaded resource ... is 1

I get a crapload of exceptions when I quit the game too. This started after 3.0.1 patch. Keeping enter pressed down for a while is the easiest way to get rid of them without rebooting.

Windows 10 x64, DX11, non-Steam version, using 64bit client.

Same as above. All exceptions are from Art

Same here, I'm getting tons of these "exceptions" errors when I exit the game.
Started happening since the latest patch. It doesn't affect my gameplay as far as I know, I'm having no problems with the game itself. But yeah... it's really annoying.
Ending the process directly from task manager is the faster solution.

Playing through Steam x64bit client:

DirectX 11 on Windows 10 currently on Arc 3.

Same here on win 10 with dx11, i had to close poe process in task manager to remove them

same after last patch.

Same here, but ending the program via the task manager seems to help stop it.
