No, only use Hrimsorrow/Hrimburn until you get the 40% enchantment. Then change gloves to nice rare ones.

Yes, thats a very nice dagger for this build. Spell damage could be higher, but for 2ex this is a very good buy in my opinion.

I am totally new to Miner build. Can this build clear HoGM?

I have seen videos of Arc Miners and Magma Miner doing Grandmaster but not GC.

I would want to do a miner for GM and would want to know if GC is viable.

Yes, as most mine builds this too makes very quick work of HotG. Well, if you are reasonably leveled and geared, but that's a given with all builds.

Your gear is already VERY good. The biggest improvement would be to find essence crafted "16% MORE attack speed for socketed gems" gloves that fit your resist needs and have good life. Then put your Shield Charge setup in them. Of course that would not improve your damage, which I assume is already more then enough, but hugely improve your mobility. I would even argue that losing like 200 total life is worth that boost in mobility (in softcore).

Also, your gear has no gems in it. So maybe you have it already, but if not, get a 21/20 Glacial Cascade. Another ~10% more damage.

What league are you playing? Because in Harbinger Sorftcore there are many 20/21 Glacial Cascades for sale. Starting at 3ex.
