yes, it's not mandatory but it prevent some deaths that can occur when you take a very fast succession of damages or a big hit immediatly followed with another hit.

just one thing, i think you can craft 8% cast speed on your shield (it's a suffix if i recall correctly), it should be stronger than 29 strength.

IB - melee physical - elemental damage with attacks - multistrike - elemental focus - melee splash that you swap for fire penetration for bosses

i'm dual weilding while using IB in the levelling process. IB is a cool skill, but you have to be very close to your foes and that make it weaker than sunder. the pack BOOM is quite nice on the other hand, and it's very strong in breaches. just get some attacks speed and get as mutch physical damage as you can and it will be good enought for levelling.

your gear is very good, it's even better than mine. that said, some of your gems are a bit low in lvl, that might be the issue. what problem do you have with the guardians ? DPS ?

What I've been doing for bosses now is dual wielding apep's rage in my weapon swap set and swapping to that. Apep's sucks for the rest of the map due to no shield charge, though. Works wonders for bosses though.

you are right, i've just checked and it's better in DPS and the chaos resist is good to have. i've also ditched the last 10% spell damage for a 4% cast speed in the shadow start area. 12k damage increase in PoB and better chaos resist, i take it ;).

yes you right, since last post i improvved gems and other thinks.
right know i have 104k dps and i can easily complete t16 maps.
i tryed 2 times shaper but shaper fight a bit diffucult to me.

Shaper fight require a little bit of experience, but with such damage and tankiness, you'll get him just fine next time ;) .

I did one run earlier today, it went really smoothly for the first two stages, then i played like shit in the 3rd phase and died 3 times : took one random death on the shaper's celestial buddy (i spend too mutch time setting things up without attacking and got crit), got caught by a shaper slam after blocking in an edge of the arena, and stayed on the frostbolts too mutch when the shaper was under 2% HP. but even with such big shitty mistakes it was an easy kill.

i recorded it, but with such an embarassing display of skill in the third phase i hesitate to put it online ;) (still can if i don't run another shaper run soon, but i would prefer spend time editing a deathless run). i can't understand people telling this is not a boss killer build, the shaper life burn so fast.

i've been able to play a bit yesterday too, got my lvl 93, upgraded a bit my gear, bought this ring

and i'm currently working on colouring and linking a belly of the beast. it's easier than i thought with vorici method, it cost me only about 300 jeweller and 120 chromatic so far to get 5 off color blue sockets, i have a little under 50% chances to get a green on the 6th socket so it should be fine

with the belly couloured and linked, i should get about 400 extra life (over 8.2K life), still cap resists and get a little bit more damage (something like 5% more). next step will be getting a full 21/20 gem set on DP.

i've also recorded a hydra run with 25% chaos resist mod, it was pretty decent so i'll post it on first page later.

edit : i recorded all remaining guardians in deathless run today (with some interesting maps mods and an akward encouter involving a harbinger triggering haast beyond in the phoenix chamber)+ a deathless shaper run with a nice dying sun drop in the end. i just have to try uber atziri now and i'll be done with endgame content.

I just realized bloodrage doesnt add to our leech or cast speed so why have it on our cwdt? The frenzy charges also dont add anything other than a little faster attacking for shield charge.

EDIT: NVM forgot that frenzys give a more dmg multi.
