Trying to do the locomancer achievement 90/91

I believe this issue isn't fixed. I have the problem still. When I cross referenced with your list Act 5 is different, there seems to be no Oriath Sq. or Templar Courts on my map. There is however a 'blocked entrance' on the map, making me think that the issue could be a waypoint not tagged before entrance being blocked and so unable to backtrack.

Bug doesn`t fixed, still have 91/93 to receive it.
