this is the best wander build I found so far, however, I don't understand how you can have double as much lightning damage on your kb/barrage than me honestly.
I am missing lvl 21 gems as well as an elemental and lightning damage % roll compared to your gear, I still don't get how u can have double as much, lol.

My tooltip is currently sitting at 22-23k

I know, my devoto +2 barrage only adds 3k tool tip though.

Afaik the barrage tooltip is per projectile, so a +2 enchant should not affect the tooltip at all.
For one thing, OP has a lvl 26 wrath. That alone should change quite a bit (approx. +38 added lightning damage per attack). You could consult PoB to see how much it'd change your tooltip, as well as 21/20 gems.
By the way: your shield (and Piscator) have no quality.

You can also take a look at my char. It's not really finished yet, and has a pretty mediocre amulet and ring etc, but I've just noticed that I'm getting 22.8k barrage tooltip with Thunderfist and Goldwyrm. Lvl 23 wrath.

You have like 450k total barrage dps, I have 750k+.
Weird that tooltip is so similar then..
