I really do suggest a belt of the deceiver, though, even late game. Your belt gives a lot of defenses, but the 30% reduced extra damage taken on crit is pretty hard to beat when the only thing that kills us is one shots. Plus free intimidate.

Ah, Dark Pact is a skill gem. I believe you meant Vaal Pact, which is not being used in the PoB tree because the PoB build is the final version, which includes Atziri's Acuity. This is a unique item that renders Vaal Pact redundant, and thus allows you to deallocate those points to invest in more life.

BM is a solution to a problem that this build doesn't have. It would also stop us from using MoM, which is how we counteract the 10% extra damage taken from berserker, as well as additional damage reduction.
