I am trying to find time to update some builds. I do believe the new ring opens up some doors for reviving this build.

What do you think if we add RF skills to kill bosses?
We use Rise of the Phoenix
Can HOT reduce some damage

One more thing. If "Lightning Damage can Ignite" do we need to convert lightning into fire again?
