EDIT: Tried uber atziri, and ive been farming her pretty good, but i do have insane gear. 4 kills so far, 1-2 portals wasted each run. so its not safe.

What do you think about using Pledge of Hands instead ?

Dual wield is stronger, used void batteries before, more damage but your loose fortify and a better movement skill, whirling blades fortify makes it better by miles.

I'm interested in doing a similar build for war depending on the changes, what are your thoughts on the vaal pact nerf for this build?

The build is it always viable has 3.1, pls?

In case anyone still wonders: FoxTactics is still playing the build in 3.1, however not keeping this guide updated. Played around with Tendrils for single target at the start, but Flamesurge seems to be better. Also uses Inpulsas Chest for nice additional clearing power.

Added some 3.1 changes.

I really appreciate the guide, certainly makes getting back into the game easier.

I don't think I like how many supporter pack blurbs each persons profile has nowadays. Does bad things for readability.

do you plan on testing this without the templar pen? im wondering if its going to be viable for league starter in the event that inq is nerfed silly
