migration to 3.0: change bandits reward

There is another problem, players who have selected a bandit in 2.6, now have the +2 points from Eramir (as quest completed), but also the bandit quest that we have selected in the past, active.

I've picked Kraityn and now I have his quest active, but can't talk with him because he attacks. The problem is that I want to switch bandits, Kraityn doesn't fit my build as before because he hasn't the resistances anymore.

this addon is so bad you guys from GGG are incredible incompetent.

You said following in 3.0 patch notes:
"

All characters that had completed the Deal with the Bandits quest in Act 2 Normal now have the Eramir reward of 2 passive skill points. All bandit rewards from Cruel and Merciless no longer exist. Players who want to change their bandit reward choice have a one-time-only option to change it by talking to Eramir and taking one of his books. These books are character-locked, so if you decide later that you don't want to change your choice, you can get rid of the book by typing /destroy. This does not give you another opportunity to choose a bandit reward, so choose carefully!


But I can not do this.
It seems other players are same.
Why don't fix this bug?

Honestly I'd like to start from the end of Act 4 too. Bad migration is bad. *sigh*
This bug has not been fixed in 3.0.1. I tried changing reward in 3.0.1, but it is the same symptom as 3.0.0.
The steps that I tried are following:

- I opened the world map in ACT2, then "Deal with the Bandits" Quest had been Completed and "The Bandit Load Oak" Quest had not been completed.

- I talked Eramir, but he does not give anything with me.

- I talked Oak, then he presented the option of "Kill" or "Help". I chose "Help".

- I talked Kraityn, then the battle was started automatically, so I killed him.

- I talked Alira, then the battle was started automatically as the case of Kraityn, so I also killed her.

- I talked Oak again, but nothing happens.

- I talked Eramir again, but nothing happens.

The character that tried it had completed Oak quest of Normal difficulty when game version is 2.6.0, and used all passive points except 2points after 3.0.0 release.
GGG, when do you fix this bug completely?
I also still am having problems with this quest. I have a character in standard that previously had chosen Oak for both Normal and Cruel. When I check my quest log, it says that I have chosen to help Oak and that the quest is still active. I have killed Kraityn and Alira multiple times, but no amulets drop from either one.

However, it does appear that I have 2 extra passive points when I compare my ingame points against what PoB says. I guess I could kill Oak and then use 20 Regrets to spec back into his favor, but I thought this was supposed to be free?
I haven't tested this yet, but has anyone used two Skill Refund Points, then attempted to claim the reward without respending the points?
