Frequent and consistent lag spikes

Yes, create your own thread.

Threads such as this get little to no attention from anyone. You are specifically asked to post a thread for your issue and not hijack other peoples threads or "bump" a thread saying "me too" etc etc in the sticky that says read me first. It makes helping people all the easier. When people post in a thread like this it is nearly impossible to assist as replies get missed and keeping track of who, what, when, where, why all gets jumbled together.

That being said, when you make your post - did you capture your spike in your trace? Was MTR running while you played? Wired or wireless connection? PC Specs? Things like that are important info that should be added to the post.

As an aside, just because everything else runs fine means absolutely nothing. Traffic takes differing routes depending on where it is going. The WoW servers are not located in the same spot the POE servers are etc. Different programs have different abilities to deal with latency/packet loss. So again, just because everything else "works fine", that has no bearing whatsoever.

Game is unplayable almost everyday now, a response from GGG would be incredible.

Same here on all EU Servers - Rubberbanding & Lagspikes ... really annoying / unplayable

WinMTR below but the Spikes in my case only occure with ingame Actions or Skill usage
