Constant disconnects when loading zones

Same problem. Constantly...

Biggest thrill atm (in a very very bad and disencouraging way) is "Am I going to get to the next room/map/zone" without disconnecting.

Happens about 1-3 times in an hour.

I applied this to 64 bit exe (PathOfExile_x64Steam.exe). Running my game directly from this exe.

Now instead of disconnects, I get long loading times like 1 minutes. I guess instead of disconnecting it tries to connect over and over again. But eventually it connects. I tried it for half an hour and got no disconnects. I get long loading times instead of disconnects (about 10-15% of the time), which is much more preferable.

Guess I'll join the ranks of people who get constantly disconnected while loading into zones...

I can not even progress in the game because I cant get to new areas to hit the waypoint. How has there not been a response from an official on this topic? Did everyone in the past posts solve this problem? Or are they not playing anymore?

I've switched settings, gateways and networking modes with no solution so far.

Still waiting for an email back from tech support, but after a few days of no reply I'm getting salty about this.

Woah... and I thought this whole time that I needed to upgrade my computer. I get disconnected often. I would say around every 5-10 portals, especially the ones going back into town. I'm not sure what the case is yet, but I do know that it makes the game more frustrating. Especially when I lose a portal or when I get disconnected trying to trade with someone.

Got the same problem now, was fine till yesterday. I played on the same machine for 2 years now, and suddenly I get this bs. It really is unplayable, I´m now stuck in A6 with my HC char and can´t progress any further :/

I´ve tried the asynch stuff on and off, nothing. I tried setting a fixed pagefile, which seemed to help some, nothing.
I already play on an nvme SSD and giving it worked fine so long I don´t think my hardware is faulty. I reinstalled from steam, still same problem.

Is there anything else I can do, or is poe just randomly dead for me now?
Judging by how the error appeared, this smells more like ggg serverside trouble then anything else.

Same issue for me. I've been playing this game for 5+ years and it just started today. Steam updated yesterday, but other than that there have been no changes to my config (hardware or software).

Opening the game now leads to bitter hope and frustration instead of jolly ol' hack n slash fun... sad face.

i guess i'll join the party. i'm playing arc trapper. first i was using steam for game never had issue with game ran great max settings. I got to about act 2 and then started crashing when doing temples. i then decided to download the game straight from poe web after reading a post that that fixed it for them. it ran just fin til i got to about act 4 and started doing again but the in other places and not just temple. put all graphics at lowest and changed to directx9. now i just finished act 5 trying to complete the sub quest kitava's torments but everytime i go in to the reliquary withing time frame of 10-45 game locks up. tried dx9-dx9ex-dx11 before the last update i would get the popups about the resources stuff but now the game just freezes no popup's to screen shot.

Same with me as well.

This has never happened before on other leagues. Only when the 3.3 update launched did I keep constantly disconnecting during loading zones.

What can I do?

everytime a blue mob die, bam game crash

have the same problem after the patch every second loading screen freeze or i go back to the main menu with "failed to connect to instance"
