Constant disconnects when loading zones

Same thing happened here, disconnected 3 times in 1 map... not to mention taking forever to let me back in. If something is wrong with the server please put up a notice, I don't mind waiting even a few days as long as I stop losing all my good maps.

A couple of days ago I switched to directx9 like some commenters here have suggested. That seems to have helped somewhat. I was actually able to get from the crystal veins to the act 5 base camp with only two disconnects. The fact that I'm saying "only" two disconnects between the end of act 4 and the beginning of act 5 just shows how bad things are. I've been able to progress a ways through act 6 as well. It's very slow going and frustrating, but warping back to town seem to be the main danger. There's about a 50-75% chance of disconnecting upon attempting that. I'm always careful to get the next waypoint before attempting that.

Still having this problem. With DirectX 9 i barely see any dc's in the wilderness. When i just start the game it usually dc's me when i first try to log into the city, but after that was usually getting no more that 1 dc per 3-5 hrs.

That changed today however when i reached act 9. I spent more than an hour straight trying to get into "Rotting core" zone. Ended up lowereing all the graphic settings to bottom, unticking all options and setting predictive as game networking mode. Not sure whether that did it, or the sheer fact of trying to log into the same zone 15+ times again and again. In retrospect tho, after finishing that map i might see the cause of the problem. That map is ridiculous in terms of size, featuring 7 sub maps and 5 different biomes in total, each having distinct enemy set different from others. I also heard lots of ppl are farming that location for exp and loot. So size + having many instances opened at the same time might be the problem. Latter would also explain dc's in towns. Also apparantly having another person who doesn't dc and enters a map while in party open a portal for you allows you to enter without any dc's.
Really hope they won't turn blind eye to this issue.

Have a problem with my old second machine.

W7 pro x64

at the location load screen where game take a 1.4 GB ram at the sys manager - it have been take 0% CPU load and freeze.

all before it - work fine. when 1.4GB as taken - kill process and begin from a start.

Don't use fullscreen mode. When you accidentally press Alt+TAB, the game for some unknown reason switches to windowed mode, stuck there and disconnects.

Windowed fullscreen works fine, switchable to desktop and back

Still having the same issues as everyone else in here. Constant DC's with return to login screen. Before this weekend it was mostly restricted to the new acts, now it also happens in the old acts. I was really looking forward to level multiple characters this league, but now I cannot even bring myself to play even one. Playing this game in a bug-free state, after more than 4 years, seems further away than ever.

pffff and i thought i was the only one encoutering these problems... The other 4 of my friends are ok with 3.0 but i ahve exactly all the problems people mentioned above.

Especially that one guy saying that old acts had no problem and i reached around halfway of act 5 and that was were problems started at day 1.
Now i cannot even go to an act 2 area without 2-3 crashes. It really is frustrating.

My pc is not optimised or top-tech, but poe is one of the few games it cannot play atm.

Started with POE again with 3.0. Had fun and wantet to buy a supporter Pack.

But this fu**Ing Problem with the disconnects is so annoying.
And now im reading here in the Forum. So much ppl have this problems but no response or fix or something?
