How do you need more leech? Your leech is instant from 0 to 100% health with 1 crit hit with Vaal Pact. The only way your statement makes sense is if you want to take off Vaal Pact and up the leech rate.

I mean, I agree, Berserker has better ascendancy options for life leech/regain (both Pain Reaver and War Bringer) and is a perfectly viable option.

I only instant leech to full when I have Atziri's, overall things like high lvl bosses or guardians are clunky and messy becaus of that, you just can't stay there and outleech them.

If I can burst down boss on single flask charges it's great, if not then oh well, im fucked.

Currently feel fine, distillate is a little unrealistic for mapping in hxc, also if i take phys slams past my invincibility frames it's almost a guaranteed 1-2 shot.

Leech doesn't seem to be a struggle with my current setup but mapping can be spooky on some bosses due to the lack of adds to regen my flasks.

I don't see how you run a single hp flask, seems unrealistic for most places.

Earlier in this thread you were talking about soul tether being a good option, but it hasnt really appeared in any of the newer iterations of the build. I'm currently using it and it feels great (apart from lab traps where i just take it off), but am I gimping myself by not using a rare leather belt?

I'm at 3.8k life 1.7k ES and my ES just keeps recharging as long as i'm either killing stuff or hitting 2+ enemies, and should improve once i get my 6l covenant and leech support to be able to regen fast enough on one boss.

im not able to get that program to work. the path of building. i click on the path of building.exe and it goes into the command saying press any key to continue and nothing happens...any ideas?

You could incorporate Life Leech gem into your 6-link. That is my plan once I get a 6-link The Covenant and ditch Warlord's for Enfeeble. Then if I get a +1 curse amulet I would throw in Poacher's Mark or Temporal.

The Life Leech gem is not a curse so goes through hexproof and curse resistance (just like Atziri's Promise) and provides enough leech to stay topped-off. With The Covenant we don't care about mana as we cast DP from our life pool.

Diamond Flask is a HP flask for me when I'm hitting things. Atziri's is a HP flask when fighting. Etc.. The only time you need a true HP flask is for Lab runs - and sure I go ahead and swap them out.

I'm still rocking the build. Level 85 currently running belt of the deceiver and two divinarius. Works great for the most part. Up to t10 maps i am one shotting every pack, some essence monsters and bosses are more work. I also started leveling a beserker but i keep finding myself going back to the occultist. You do get more leech on the beserker but it's not as fun to me.

Something i wanted to try out was double void batteries + cherrubims but the off coloring of that chest alone would cost a fortune.
