Get a Cyclopean Coil.

Also, don't underestimate the utility of a CWDT/Immortal Call/Increased Duration setup. I gave up my Kaom's Heart and switched back to using that and I feel less squishier.

I note that may simply be due to my WI playing style, and Kelvynn (and others) have better tactics. But I do seem to need a second or two to build up the leeching damage, and the Immortal Call gives me that time.

I'm also running at around 1680 intelligence. Every bit helps there.

Oh man, i still remember this build when i made it in 2.6 and have some good memories, was able to do most content back then. And now i stumble upon it again.

I remember back then, we werent able to do hall of grandmasters, is it still hard with this life based version? How much currency do u think u'll need to be able to reach endgame? (T15/guardians)

I havent played poe since the oriath update, and just returned. Made a warchief totem build and reached lv 80, but it just isnt my playstyle. I have around 3 ex, u think this will be enough to get started? Or is this build really reliable on expensive gear?

Hey Kelvynn ! I wanted to let you know (and have your insight also ) that this is the first time i hit 14.9k dos tooltip on a selfcadt WI
(Is that good? ) the build is still in development. ..but sadly not HC viable. Id like to share some because im sure you can improve it.

Real dps are at least the double, then..only 30% of that:p

I am super happy becaude that is the first time i did hit that landmark ( except my 48k tooltip miner. .but this one was pretty unpractical).

A few hint:

Char is CI
Char have 8 curses
Char got 32 % extra chaos damage (48% with promise)
Char gets 160 % inc dmg against cursed enemies ;)

Just got back into it, catching up now. Lv 84, having fun with 3600 life in T12 at the moment, lots of life still to get, and no Kaom's yet either, lv 19 gems. I also don't know much about any of the new bosses. Need to read up on their abilities some time.

Found a couple of liches and 1-timed them. The one named Ulaman in T12 just dropped this for me:

Looks expensive on poe.trade. Hopefully I can get Kaom's now! :)

got this today for 1 alch

have big problems with ele reflect maps. also i have yugul its a pain and since i died to often i dont run maps with that mod again.

perhaps you have some advice? Also without cwdt setup i die to often. so i cant see how i should do it with kaoms. Perhaps the more life helps ?

Uber lab is no problem. maps are a psin. drops seems hundreds of low tier maps but high tier maps i can only buy as much as i run.

1. I just do cwdt and run around with 3700 health and no kaom's (which sits in my stash at the moment.) There's a definite lag (~1 second or so) before mob health starts dropping, and the CWDT works fine. If you really, really want to use kaom's, give up leap slam.

2. There are good reasons to keep redoing lower tier maps, to spread the elder influence. You can always vendor 3 of the same to get a higher tier, too, if you have too many.

What do you think of the stygian wise belts? Are they inferior to a spite crafted life belt or would you recommend crafting on a stygian wise base?

I'm glad that you - Kelvynn- back to the game.
Actually, 91 lev, almost 6 k life and 2,2 k mana free pool, with buffes over 17 k dps,
I bought a cool opal ring and cast when channeling 21 l/20 q for 25 c at the New year,so it's looks very,very good :)). Build is strong and safety ( Elder ,Lich and rest of bastards -melted ), very solid.
Previously, I've tested this build based on ES about three times during past leagues. Strongly recommended, still fantastic:)))

Any reason not to go ci? Can leech es again and get more life pool.
