If done stuff up to T14 on 3.0 Beta with the Build,at least thats the hightest i dropped.
Didnt had a Problem at all.
Should be fine for all content :)

Your PoB link has frenzy charges active. But I guess you can just throw in Blood Rage instead of Portal, boss dps drops to 295k (conc instead of ef) wich is still pretty fucking good.
Also, now that shock and chill mechanics have changed it might be worth to swap Elemental Focus for Conc Effect.

i just really dislike conc in general.
I know this sounds weeird but i would only only only use it on bossfight myself :'D
But with the changes now its true,Ele Focus is kinda meh too.
Also i guess Ele Focus / Conc wont make a diffence against rare/normal mobs so i would still play Ele Focus in normal setup and then Conc for bosses :p
U wont believe how "big" the shockwave on sunder actually gets if get some small aoe :'D
really nice for normal clear ^^

I personally am planning to replace it with "melee damage on full life"... yes I realize that we will not always be at full life, but you loose the inconvenience of conc effect and ele focus while gaining same dps. Also with over leech, we will be close or at max life most of the time i think. It's worth a try at least :)

Great work OP, Keep us up to date on your findings!
Any suggestions for leveling uniques? (i'm currently leveling as 2h as I believe it is quicker for leveling)

To be honest there is not much and i dont even think its necessary :D
Just any high phys weapon is fine so most unique's work :D
I leveld with normal 1h and it worked just fine.
Gonna update the Guide with a extra section next week.
- Leveling experience
- New pantheon changes
- Gem changes

Just a tip,
The tempestuous is like 20c in new league, So i'd recommend getting Ungils for leveling.
Especially for hardcore.

Yeah prob. Ungils untill Lvl 53,then 3x Green Prismatic Eclipse should be the way to go untill we get a Tempestous.
Scaeva is also a option later.
But ill update this week with leveling etz since i will finish act 10 next days. :)
