Not going to read every page of replies but...

Personally, I'm not liking how this is set up.

It procs off of move speed so suddenly quicksilver flasks become offensive supports.

Already people use whirling blades and shield charge to plow through maps (albeit not utilizing those skills to cause primary damage). Now you've set up a skill that IS the primary source of damage, and it's only buffed by high movement speed...

I see the new map clearing farm meta already...
