Hey, loving the look of this build, shield charge explosions is something I've wanted since I started poe!

100% going to have a go, just a few questions if you would be so kind, I'm a relatively new player.

- When you say the CODT setup isn't for damage, it's for leech, doesn't leech increase with damage done? Could is it simply, enough with the flat ele damage you have to run low levels? and is there any reason you run level 8ish on the damage skills?

- When do you reach vaal pact generally? It's pretty far away from the start point, and until your cruel lab, you literally have no leech (and not very much regen?) Was it a struggle?

- Would a brightbeak/sunder and a ton of flat ele damage be a sensible leveling setup? I figure high attack speed would suit the flat ele damage of this build, but I don't entirely trust me game knowledge to get it right.

- did you run sunder right up until the fist aoe? I mean you could realistically get the shield charge setup going relatively early? or do you need the fists ele damage to be able to get the first kill in good time?

Thanks for the ace build, super hyped to get home from work now.

1 - The flat lightning damage from the fists are enough to deal good damage with the spells, and thus leech a high ammount, don't forget ti's a 100% leech. i kept CWDT at the lowest possible level for it to proc as often as possible. (Low level CWDT gem means low level spells for it to function !)

2 - You can't get the flat elemental damage if you equip a weapon, it clearly states you have to be unarmed.

3- i ran sunder until i reached level 63 (gloves level requirement). leveling was a breeze with sunder and every boss was easily doable. Just take equip any crappy unique that has flat elemental damage on it until you can equip doryani's fist (2x bloodboil, prismweave .. etc)
Awesome, thanks for the reply..

What I meant with the weapon was purely for leveling, I thought that with the flat ele damage uniques a fast weapon to use sunder would be better? (before 63) I was curious if you thought brightbeak would work for leveling, or is there another weapon type that would work better while sundering? (2handed? particular stats?)
I used :

Gorebreaker > flesh-eater > Nycta's lantern and finally Death's hand with sunder for leveling, all in that order.

You have to equip Lycosidae shielf as soon as possible, makes everything easier and smoother. so no two handed weapons !

Brilliant, thanks again.

I can't wait to give it a try!
Leveling with facebreakers. Feels pretty comfortable.
Hello,

Nice build, but how du you play against shaped t13 canyon bosses. Trash is no problem, but against the to bosses i die often :(

I'm 90, 6Link, 50k Doryani DPS naked, Warchief 30k DPS naked
Personally I would try running blasphemy enfeeble and make sure to use lightning pen gems for your primary DPS skills. If you are using lightning pen gems, conductivity doesn't appear to add that much damage according to Path of Building.

you're free to modify the curse if you want. I know i sure need the added DPS that comes with conductivity :).
I'm curious, would Doryani's Fist, and by extension this build, benefit from Maligaro's Restraint?

60% increased damage and 15% increased movement speed sounds worthwhile.

Absolutely not worth the shock you will get on you, that would be devastating.
