Not quite.
If I was GGG I would do two separate beta realms/leagues. One for normal leveling (as now), and second for endgame. With already leveled masters and/or unlimited respec.
This would allow testing much more things, in the same time wimdow.

BTW What's deal with 'End legacy now'?

Getting increased Mana regen?
Seems pointless to spam an additional spell to recover mana.
Increased cast speed doesn't really benefit everyone, where more spell damage obviously benefits all attack spells.

Legacy should end asap... It's hard to buy anything on standard because of extended league.
Don't see why Bleed needs a Keystone. Can't you just alter the mechanics or add some notables or tweak existing nodes? It feels like we're getting a Keystone for everything that isn't even unique; same complaint as threshold jewels.

In Wave 3 we'll be including all of our Pierce changes, and will be removing Chance to Pierce from the game. Balance values may continue to change for +pierce values and effects that interact with Piercing projectiles.


WHOA where does this comes from? Haven't seen any prior announcements, this is a HUGE game changer.

what are these pierce changes exactly?
what are +pierce values? are you saying now projectiles will pierce through a fixed number of enemies? that means area of effect will become vastly superior and pierce itself worthless in comparison no?
