I dont understand why some people mention always darkshrines. They are plain boring and not very exciting. This would have at maximum a second layer slot to the real deal Flashback leagues... Give a rare item for a shrine buff, YAY so amazing...

Flashback all mods and let it run until 3.0 release?

Reverse Path League -> Everything does 100% more damage, you do 100% more damage.
Uniques drop 4 times more and rares drop 4 times less.
Mods that makes you do less damage, actually gives you more damage, the same thing with resistance, -50% = 50%. -30% movement speed = 30% movement speed.
Rotation of the mods : Breach, Dark Shrine, Tempest.

That would be funny hehe.
Or just... do something normal.

Just merge all the Mayhem mods together and add stuff like beyond, domination and warbands.

I know there are so many people suggesting things but ill still try and get my voice out,
this is what I would do for a custom league so i suggest it here too:

Permanent Mods:
Nemesis, Bloodlines, Breach, Beyond.
(For the ultimative chance to get Headhunter and other nice items without the RNG of it to appear on a map like in mayhem each hour)

Switching Mods: (Like mayhem)
Exiles, Strongboxes, Invaders
(These switch each hour (if possible) like the current MayhemLeague, these are to add a bit of chaos to the existing Permamods mentioned above)

Other features: (If possible)
Relicquary-Keys drop (but not leaguestones)(For the extra OP-Loot)
Perandus (just maybe, i think it would kill the flow a bit)

This is my wish and what I would do for a permanent customleague.
I have never had the chance to play with a headhunter besides in the mega-short 1-2 hour races.
This event would give me (and many others) a high chance to have insane chaos with the high chance of old, good, loot.
