[3.0] Harlequin , 1ex to do Guardians/Shaper,and insane endgame

I think gear makes a massive difference with this build. I took the pastebin from KisBali and switched the tree back to the original poster's tree. KisBali's tree is better, but not by a crazy amount, so it's clear that the gear is providing a majority of the dps and survivability.

In particular, the gloves and rings are insane. 1ex isn't really an accurate budget because the gloves alone are worth at least 1ex.

I'm also struggling with this build a little. I can do sloppy runs of T8 to T10 maps, but I'm also missing the gloves and rings, so I'm sure getting those will make a world of difference. Overall it's pretty fun, though!
