Beta Launch Day: Common Questions and Answers

What about free keys for racers? I reached certain tresholds in races and eligible for something, but still didn't get neither key or mtx. Am i just one of many unlucky guys who just didn't win, or there still will be distribution of keys?

i got the beta invite message with links to download but no beta key i know im over the $500 life time supporter thing

Then your account is flagged and you don't require a beta key. :)

Still no answer from support after over ~18h, I doublechecked everything, also did download the standalone beta client just to be sure, but still no access ("This league is only availablle to Beta players").

Can I do something else to at least get some kind of response? Mailing again will probably just reset the wait...

i think i read somewhere, that the stuff we acquire in the beta is voided afterwards.

Is this right or are all the orbs, items and chars etc. converted to Standard after the beta ?

You never get to keep what you gain at an Alpha / Beta release. :)
