The Fall of Oriath Supporter Packs and Beta are Now Live!
damn, i really wanted to support you for 3.00 but all these packs are so lame and ugly i just feel like i'd waste my money for mtx-es i'd never use, i guess i'll just buy some points and get some of the old mtx-es
the first pack is the only one that's so-so, but i don't like looking like a cowboy outlaw in a fantasy arpg, i guess it would be cool if the game had some arcanum vibe going on, but it just doesn't Last edited by jeff_magnum on Jun 8, 2017, 2:25:45 AM

" i always sceptical about mtx, but come on man Kitava and Beast looks really good |

Heh. Wow. That's disapointing.
I was kinda hyped to see/buy a pack to get into the beta and support the massive 3.0 exp buuuutt ... If the expension is like those packs, i'm afraid i'm gonna pass. Don't get me wrong, it's good that some wha- people are ready to get Kitava's pack, either for personnal e-pen reasons or to support GGG's work. But wow, that's not money well spend if you look only at the cosmetic side of things. It's clearly underwhelming unless you go as far as paying more than 200$. As much as i'm hyped (kinda) and love PoE i'm not gonna sink 240$ into it right now. Honestly when i look at the packs i'm getting a feeling that they pushed the "massive/interesting stuff" only in the biggest (160$+) packs so that they'll get people to buy them thanks to the hype of the 3.0. Guess the message here is that if you're not spending 160$+ you're stuck with the ugly shit. While it's always like that (more or less) i was hoping for something different with the 3.0 coming "soon". Guess the old's stuck in the new heh.
" Nope :( |

" i'm sorry but to me beast looks just like a pile of vomit and some armour put together and kitava just like your regular minor cartoon/anime villain, very underwhelming there is no way i'd pay $480 for that the artists that worked on these packs really did shit work (especially eclipse pack - it's super ugly and lame, looks ridiculous actually) Last edited by jeff_magnum on Jun 8, 2017, 2:39:43 AM

" have you checked your PMs? if you still haven't heard anything then send support a nice message and they are sure to fix you up.
" Considering the price point, look at the armors close up and tell me the designs are up to par for the price point. They look terrible close up, even with a great rig. Getting tired of people claiming "Its about supporting GGG, not about you." This is a free to play game, they gotta design their mtxs for us. These packs legit look like 1990s Power Rangers villains. Seriously just give me one of the armors that one of the new enemies wear. Everyone has different taste though, I guess some people think they look amazing. I might like them if I was 12 again. |

" I'll take your word for it. |

Don't plan on playing the beta (can't deal with finding awesome gear and then not having it transfer to standard at the end). But I saw the legion gear. Could not resist.
Grant us eyes.

GGG i would like to give an advice, since its clear to me now that some of us like the bulky style armor and some of us just dont. ! i think i would've been wise when making a support pack to make a split,
meaning. that from the 160 usd pack or atleast last 2 packs. you will have the option to chose 1 road/line out of 2 meaning that there will be 2 support packs of 220 usd and 2 support packs of 440 usd. left side and right side 1 side would be bulky armor and 1 side would be different 2 top packs for people who want to support but just really dont like these bulky armors. i was 100% excited for new support packs and planned on getting top tier but. i just dont see any point in my gaming using that beast armor or Kitava, they are just no compare to other armor sets i think giving more options in support packs as in making 2 packs of 440 and 2 sets of 220 would make more people buy packs. |
