Anyone have suggestion on when to go KB/Barrage and wands? Is it a level or specific gem setup?

I went at about lvl 48 and was glad that I did. You can buy Twyzel as mentioned by Anherus, doesnt really cost anything.

ya i went around 45. got a twyzel but found a 120edps engraved which i switched to. happy i went with the engraved feels a lot better

Build works nicely, i am quite in need of more survivability though, And i am getting to the point soon where i am not sure where to put points next, could pick up more damage/life ofc that would be the easiest one, but not sure what to go for endgame, possibly transition into evasion based wander?

Could somebody explain why does he move so fast? What are the things that boost MS on the build?

I realized that the level 86 tree on poeplanner is outdated and the pastebin for path of building shows a slightly different build. Which one should I follow? Poeplanner or path of building?
