I feel like the 'artistic' camera viewpoints take away from the actual gameplay and most importantly might be misinterpreted as a cut scene / available camera option by a new player. It feels like they were used in this instance because the fight doesn't seem all that interesting.

Pretty generic.
My suggestion (that noone cares about) would be to make her like a perfect radiant goddess in a bright shrine that attacks you after a short exchange of words and after you make the first hit black smoke starts to ooze out of her filling the room and she turns into this beast from the video. The smoke transforms the shrine into a dark one, you hear a creepy "run run run" whisper and laughter as she starts attacking you fast and also during certain phases she can turn "invisible" just like that vaal snake monster while smoke reduces your light radius.
