I followed the instructions, claimed the loot on twitch.tv, but the microtransactions do not show up when I relog into POE. What am I missing?

Thank you for doing a thematically appropriate free promotion this time.
I still get triggered by seeing Razer's logo in the game from that footprint promotion a few years ago. That sort of blatant product placement has no place in your game. This is better. Wash your hands, Exile!
