Nice those countries got it for free and other countries would pay for it? Yeah thats fair, someone who didnt buy supporter pack or any mtx, will get it for free just thanks to his location. Me, QQ in Czech Republic (next to Germany).

People in other countries other than the twitch prime countries should get this free, given you cannot sign up unless you are resident in certain countries. (about 6 countries).
