The twitch micro transaction effects are so ugly so i don't really mind the region block :)

Even if they weren't, they're purple and I think even those that liked purple got a bit sick of it lately.
Wish the armchair developers would go back to developing armchairs.

Sorry but this all sounds a bit like: We don't want to do X because that would be kinda unfair but yet we're still doing X, thank you for your time we love you and such.

Other than that if you need money please talk to your community first i'm sure the community is more than just capable enough to generate enough extra money for you (GGG) if you need some for let's say new investments or similar other things but don't sell your soul to globally acting companies like Amazon & co, those companies are also very active in politics and they're messing up our all lives.

why not allow the people who cannot benefit from this to get the MTXs for free.

Because ggg is all about spam begging for money these days. And they don't care about you. Most of their posts have been reduced to marketing and pr moves. That's how low they sunk.
To me the mtx effects distributed directly as part of the supporter packs or even for direct buy have better quality. And it has a reason. Partnering to enlarge the user base it all fine and from what we've seen so far the mtx are usually quite underwhelming (except the Karma Coin Portal effect, freaking love that) , Razer, Steam, now Twitch.

I hope that the strategy to have the better effects for direct distribution (so more direct $$$ for gigigi) will remain.
I represent only myself, my own thought and believes. I am individual, not a representative of the community.
I am not speaking on behalf of someone else and I don't get offended by things that have nothing to do with me.

grabbing a little extra money is not a bad thing. Let's hope you invest it into the balance team.

Savage.
Still lame tho, give the other plays who log in during the same period of time an oppertunity to share something on social media or whatever, atleast give everybody the chance to get free shiny things :(
I do get some of the complaints, mainly because Amazon Prime launched in 2005, that's 12 years since prime has been active that it still hasn't been brought to Australia. There's news we might get Prime sometime in 2018.

That being said I do also agree with the others in that you are a company and this deal is only good for you. Simply making an alternative for those of us that couldn't get it is already doing plenty more than most.
