Seeing this last location from video now im wondering, will there be some new hideouts in game?

How ABOUT letting us disable environmental effects? I can run Starcraft 2 on High graphics or even ultra.. but I can't play POE on the lowest settings because of the stupid rain. You lost a customer there.
