Well, the numbers of players in game is a general problem.
1 month after league starts is the time game become deserted. League and standard are deserted. And they stay deserted till next league. If hardly any one is playing then there are no drops, so you get nothing to buy. I see from the friend list. In first days of a league all are online. Now, there is NONE. From my point of view this game is basically dead, but is revived for short periods of time at the start of each league. Is the moment when GGG desperately sells supporter packs to cash some money.
Re leveling: RF is actually sustainable from at least lvl 29 this league, may be earlier (you're looking for the Kikazaru rings, Dreadarc, Shaper's seed - all in all about 3 chaos right now, maybe less). It's also way more fun than just sundering around. Also, Grand Spectrum armor jewels rock for leveling.
Okay but how will this build look in Harbinger HC without legacy kaom's and other legacy items?

You will have 2K life less without legacy kaom. With rest of non-legacy gear you can easly reach 10K. If I put normal kaom and an normal amulet I have 11539 HP and I don't have the new mods on items (those with armour+life, evasion +life etc).

All gems: burning damage, concentrated effect, elemental focus will give 10% increased damage for q20.

Rest are less important: SR will have beam length longer, spell totem can be placed quicker, golem will have higher life, depending on curse it may worth a bit to quality the gem, but deffo not flammability, on fortify will increase the duration you get it. Thank you Piftiuta, I will give it a try. Want to try RF and you really seem to know your math and what you are talking about.

By the way, ascendancy order is Ramako > Tawhoa > Arohongui, or am I wrong?
From what level do you think RF will be playable?

Not quite useless as it will increase the SR damage. But is not a priority at all. I use to buy RF gems low level q 18-20 and level with them, go to 20/20 and sell them for a an extra chaos.

I would take Tawhoa 1st for the increase in strentgh, after that Ramako and Arohongui last.
RF with RotP and lvl 17 PoF is sustenable from lvl 65. BUT if you got springleaf shield, shaper's seed amulet, kikarazu rings and Meginord Vise gauntlets you can start way earlyer. Also ambu's charge armour helps.
I understand we want to overcap fire resist but is it not important to max cold and light resists since our flasks can usually cover it? The defensive stats on the first page show less than max cold and fire so I'm assuming its safe as long as we keep our fire resist up and stack tons of life and str?

Your goal is to get 75% cold and lightning. Is not so big fuss if you are in the range of 55-75% because each EC will give +4% resist for each element and with 6 EC up you gain 24% ele resist. But if you go on a map with elemental weakness you must be careful at elemental damage. Also sometimed keeping all EC up all the time can be tricky. Fire resist should be capped with +50 over those 89% so in case you get cursed by ele weakness or flammability or go on a map that has EE and you get hit by cold/lightning, you won't get to suicide your self.

Those are very nice gloves. 88 life is sweet and a 43% resist is also good.
