Which is better? Using a helm with RF does 40% more damage VS Helm with socketed gems does 30% more elemental damage VS glove with socketed gems deal 30% more damage over time?
Any advice? |

The helm enchant is increased 40% damage not more. It will add with all the other increased damage in one single coefficient.
Other than that gloves or helms with 30% more damage are the same damage wise. You must look for the highest total life (life + str/2) and a open suffix if possible. Why open suffix? To put what you need in terms of resistance, and if you don't need resistance then just craft +to all attributes. Strenght is a suffix, 30% more damage over time/elemental damage is also a suffix. So you can get only one open slot in the end. | |

I see cool okay got it! Think ill try to farm my helm which has 30% elemental damage to get a 25% RF damage enchant so that would have the best benefit since it has both right?

I don't really have a leveling guide for low levels. You can sustain RF before you reach 65 but is heavy dependent on some uniques and are better ways to level.

Are you getting enough crits to make elemental overload worth it?
I see you're probably getting from shield charge/cyclone and from CWDT blade vortex, but the frequency has to be pretty slim? |

Yes I get enough crits. You can do Cyclone + Fortify + Life gain on Hit + Increase Crits and you jump with the chance to crit from 6% to 16%. At the freqency cyclone is applying hits you will have EO up all the time.
Instead applying crits from multiple sources with 6% chance is better to have just one reliable. |
